About Me

I began my working life in 1976 training in electrical and mechanical engineering at the atomic weapons research establishment at Aldermaston, England.
 (but that wasn't for me).
In 1979 I took a job making signs, everything, from Plexiglass - neon - signwriting and gilding. In 1988 I went self employed, sticking with signwork but occasionally building exhibition stands.

My family tree finds cabinet makers in every generation back to 1740 based in London, and my generation, (myself and brother) carry on the tradition in wood.My brother, after being a partner in a furniture making business in London now makes fine classical guitars in Devon ambridgeguitars.co.uk My name "Keith" although my parents did not know this when they chose it, is Celtic and means "from the wood" (forest).                                                                                              me c.1964
